地方本科院校产学研合作教育模式探索

Exploration of cooperative education mode of production teaching and research in local undergraduate college

对地方本科院校产学研合作教育的模式进行了探索,初步形成"一三一行业嵌入式"人才培养模式,建立了行业模块的课程设计方法,校企嵌合法和项目依托式的实验教学方法及工学交替式的实践教学体系.实践表明,地方本科院校实施产学研合作的教学模式,有利于提高学院应用型人才培养质量,增强学生就业和发展的竞争力.

The exploration of cooperative education mode of production,teaching and research was carried out in our college.The cultivating model of talents 131 industry embedded,the curriculum design of industry-specific modules,the experimental teaching method of cooperating the academy with the enterprise and based on research projects and practical education system of learning and working alternation were formed.Practice has showed that the quality of application oriented talents,the students′ employment rate and competitive edges are enhanced in our college by cooperative education of production,teaching and research in local undergraduate college.
