摘要
根据高校体育专业教学的特点,在健美操教学中通过建立和谐的课堂环境,培养学生良好的合作精神及给予学生及时与公正的评价等方法,提高学生学习健美操的兴趣.教学实践表明,通过对学生健美操学习兴趣的培养,使学生养成良好的学习习惯,由被动学习转变为主动学习,其综合能力显著提高.
According to the characteristics of college physical education teaching,improve students’ learning interest in aerobics through the establishment of harmonious classroom environment,raises the student good spirit of cooperation and give them timely and fair evaluation method.Teaching practice shows that through cultivating students’ interest in learning,to enable students to develop good study habits,change from passive learning into active learning,the comprehensive ability to significantly improve.
