消防移动卫星站及其应用

Mobile satellite station and it's application in fire fighting

根据多地实际应用经验,结合消防部队在经济和地区上的差异,常规应用和应急救灾应用不同需求方面的矛盾,提出一套车载便携两用式移动卫星站在消防通信中的新型应用方案。从结合消防通信保障、应急救灾领域的便携卫星应用、日常车载通信系统应用出发,采用一体化系统设计、选型、配套支撑的建设思路以及适合特殊需求的系统集成,给出了可以实际应用的、针对消防部队通信保障需求的卫星站系统设计方案。

Based on the application experience of different place,the difference of economic and area between fire forces,and the requirement of normal application or emergency application,the new application project of portable vehicular dual satellite station on fire fighting communication was put forward.Based on the assurance of fire communication,portable application of satellite in emergency rescue and the application of vehicular communication system,the concept of integrative design,selection,supporting facility,and system construction for special environment was used,the design project of satellite station which fit the requirement of communication assurance of fire fighting force was put forward.
