摘要
针对消防设施维保巡检过程中发现的安全隐患的现状,将物联网系统和安防巡更系统的原理应用于消防设施的消防维保系统中,提出了消防维保智能巡更系统的概念以及系统组成,通过对该系统功能和特点的分析,可知该系统有很强的实际应用价值和发展前景。为消防维保系统相关规范的制定和在实际工程建设中应用提供了参考依据。
Aiming at the safety risks in the inspection and maintenance of fire facility,the principles of internet of things system and security patrol system were used in fire maintenance system.The concept and composition were put forward and the fire maintenance system was found practical and evolvable based on the analysis of it's function and property.It can be the reference to the make of relative code and the application in construction project of fire facility maintenance.
