总结我国高层建筑防火管理存在的缺陷。针对我国城市高层的防火问题,在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上,建立一套高层建筑全寿命周期的火灾防控安全管理体系。为加强其执行力度,运用社会各方参与立体化管理模式,研究高层建筑常规使用、非常规使用等不同状态下的动态管理。

The disadvantages of domestic high-rise buildings fire protection management were summarized.On the basis of the advanced experience from abroad,aiming at the problems of domestic high-rise residential building fire protection,the paper comes up with a set of the high-rise building life-cycle fire management system.It is around the dynamic management of highrise building on the conventional and unconventional use and different condition,by social parties to participate in the threedimensional management mode.
