组织创新气氛对员工创新行为的影响研究综述

Overview of the Influence of Organizational Innovation Climate to Employee′s Innovative Behaviors

组织创新气氛是影响员工创新行为的重要因素之一。文章通过文献研究,从组织创新气氛的概念、结构与测量、组织创新气氛对员工创新行为的影响研究等方面对近年来国内外关于组织创新气氛的研究进行了归纳与评述,并指出目前在组织创新气氛研究领域存在的若干问题。

Organizational innovation climate is one of important factors effecting employeers innovative behaviors. The article summarizes and e- valuates the research results on organizational innovation climate both at home and abroad in recent years from the concept, Structure and measure- ment of organizational innovation climate, the influence of organizational innovation climate to employee＇s innovative behaviors through the litera- ture research. Then points out the problems existing in the research field of organizational innovation climate and the directions for the future studies.
