我国电力科研院所科研成果增值的现状及发展研究

Research on the Present Situation and Development of Scientific Achievements Value-added of the Electric Scientific Research Institutions

电力科研院所科研成果的增值关系到电力行业的科技竞争力和自主创新能力,提高科研成果的转化率,可以带动相关高新技术的高速发展,促进经济整体发展。本文从国家电网公司下属科研院所、南方电网公司下属科研院所、其他电力科研单位三个方面对我国电力科研院所科研成果增值的现状逐一论述,分析存在问题,并对电力科研院所科研成果增值的发展进行研究。

The value-added of electric scientific research institutions has respect to the technological competitiveness and the autonomous innova- tion force which can improve the conversion rate of scientific research achievements, drive the rapid development of the related high-tech and pro- mote the overall economic development. This paper has discussed the present situation of electric scientific research institutions in China in detail from the China State Grid Corp subordinate research institutes, the South Power Grid Corp subordinate research institutes and other electric power scientific research units. Besides, this paper has analyzed the open questions and studied the development of the value-added of the electric scientific research institutions.
