基于协同创新的开放式政产学研网络体系建设研究

Construction of Open Government-Industry-University-Research Institute Network Based on Collaborative Innovation

推进协同创新,构建开放式政产学研网络体系,落实产学研合作,是建设创新型国家的战略选择,同时也是高校提升学科和科技水平,提高创新能力和人才培养质量的迫切需求。以更好地服务区域经济社会发展为引导,从高校角度出发,针对开放式政产学研网络体系建设开展研究,介绍了建设开放式政产学研网络体系的必要性,以及南京理工大学在开放式政产学研网络体系建设方面的实践,提出了基于协同创新的开放式政产学研网络体系建设模式。

Promoting collaborative innovation,constructing open government-industry-university-research Institute network, and taking Industry- University -Research Cooperation,is the strategic choice of building innovative country, and also is the urgent need to promote college disciplines, technological level, innovation capacity and quality of personnel training. To better serve regional economic and social development, from the per- spective of university, study on construction of open government-industry-university-research institute network, introduced the necessity, as well as the practice of Nanjing University of Science and Technology. Then, proposed the construction.9 mode of open government-industry-university- research institute network based on collaborative innovation.
