摘要
本文利用有限元方法对功能梯度韧性膜/韧性基底体系的Berkovich压入过程进行模拟和计算.通过对计算结果的拟合我们得到了压入的加卸载参量和功能梯度韧性膜/基底的力学参量之间的对应关系.建立的模型为压痕法表征功能梯度韧性薄膜的力学性能提供了技术支持.
A finite element analysis was carried out to simulate the Berkovich-indentation on a functionally graded toughness film/ductile substrate system. By fitting the calculated results ,the corresponding relationship between the loading-unloading parameters and the mechanical parameters of the functionally graded toughness film/substrate parameters was obtained. The mechanical properties of the functionally graded toughness film can be char- acterized by the indentation method using established model which provides technical sup- nort.
