MIPO技术结合锁定钢板在肱骨近端粉碎性骨折中的疗效研究

The Research of MIPO Technology Combined with Locking Plates in the Efficacy of Proximal Humerus Comminuted Fracture

目的:观察MIPO技术结合锁定钢板在肱骨近端粉碎性骨折中的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年3月-2012年3月本院收治的60例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,治疗组30例应用MIPO技术结合锁定钢板固定治疗;对照组30例应用常规方法置入锁定钢板固定治疗,分析治疗后两组的手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、术后骨折愈合时间、术后肩关节功能恢复等情况。结果:所有患者获8～16个月随访,治疗组患者的手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、术后骨折愈合时间均小于对照组,术后患者肩关节功能恢复情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MIPO技术结合锁定钢板对肱骨近端粉碎性骨折进行治疗具有手术切口小、手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后骨折愈合时间短、术后功能评价好等优点,是一种理想的治疗方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of MIPO technology combined with locking plates in the efficacy of proximal humerus comminuted fracture. Method：60 patients with proximal humeral comminuted fracture in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2012 were chosen as the subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,and the treatment group of 30 cases were taken with the MIPO technology combined with locking plate fixation.The control group of 30 cases were taken with conventional methods locking plate fixation.The incision length,operative time,blood loss, postoperative fracture healing time,postoperative shoulder function recovery of the two groups were analyzed.Result：All patients were got 8 to 16 months of follow-up.The incision length,operative time,blood loss,postoperative fracture healing time in the treatment group were less than the control group, postoperative shoulder function recovery was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：MIPO technology combined with locking plate for treatment of proximal humerus fracture has the advantages of small surgical incision,shorter operative time, less blood loss,postoperative fracture healing time,postoperative functional evaluation,and it is an ideal method of treatment.
