急性化脓性胆管炎合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理

Perioperative Care of Patients with Acute Suppurative Cholangitis Complicated by Diabetes

目的:研究分析急性化脓性胆管炎合并糖尿病患者在围手术期的护理方式。方法:回顾性分析2011年9月-2012年9月本院收治的30例急性化脓性胆管炎合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用血糖控制、补液、控制并发症等基本治疗。按照患者治疗期间所接受的护理干预不同,将30例患者随机分为两组,对照组15例,采用常规一般护理方式;观察组患者15例,针对患者在不同阶段的病情特点和体征进行针对性的护理干预。比较两组患者治疗后的疗效和护理满意度。结果:治疗后观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者的护理满意度调查结果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:治疗期间加强对患者的临床观察和监测,针对患者在不同阶段的临床特点进行针对性的护理有助于患者的治疗和恢复,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective ：To investigate perioperative care of patients with acute suppurative cholangitis complicated by diabetes. Method：Clinical data on 30 patients with acute suppurative cholangitis complicated by diabetes in our hospital between September,2011 and September,2012 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent basic treatment such as glycemic control,rehydration and complication control. Based on the difference of nursing interventions for patients during the perioperative period,30 patients were randomly divided into two groups,which were the control group of 15 cases undergoing routine nursing care and the observation group of 15 cases undergoing pertinent nursing interventions aiming at the characteristics of illness and symptoms of patients at different stages. The posttreatment effects on patients and satisfaction at nursing care of patients in two groups were compared. Result：After treatment,clinical effects on patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）;and survey results of satisfaction at nursing care of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion：To intensify clinical observation and monitoring for the patient and perform pertinent nursing care aiming at clinical characteristics of patients at different stages of illness during the perioperative period is helpful for the treatment and patient’s recovery,and is helpful to improve patient’s satisfaction at nursing care.
