血液科患者化疗性静脉炎循证护理

The Evidence-based Nursing for Hematologists Patients in Chemotherapy Phlebitis

目的:探讨循证护理在血液科患者化疗性静脉炎护理中的应用效果。方法:选取近年来于本院血液科就诊的癌症患者中120例化疗性静脉炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者在对症治疗基础上配合进行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行循证护理干预,对两组患者护理治疗效果进行分析。结果:观察组患者疼痛缓解和症状消除时间分别为(1.8±0.7)d和(4.2±1.5)d,明显少于对照组(3.4±1.2)d和(6.4±2.6)d;观察组发生局部感染率为0,明显少于对照组8.3%;比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗护理基础上进行循证护理干预,用于对血液科患者化疗性静脉炎护理中疗效显著,能够解决临床护理中的难点,提升护理质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of the application of evidence-based nursing for hematologists patients in chemotherapy phlebitis. Method：120 cases of chemotherapy of cancer patients with phlebitis in recent years in the department of hematology of our hospital for treatment were chosen as the subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,and 60 cases in each group.The control group was taken with conventional care on the basis of symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was taken with evidence-based nursing interventions on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was taken for analysis.Result：The patients pain mitigation and eliminate the symptoms were （1.8±0.7）d and（4.2±1.5）d,significantly less than the control group（3.4±1.2）d and（6.4±2.6）d.The partial infection rate in the observation group was 0,significantly less than 8.3% of the control group.There were statistically significant differences（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of the evidence-based nursing interventions based on the conventional treatment and care for Hematology patients with chemotherapy phlebitis nursing is significant,and it can be able to solve the difficulties in the clinical care and enhance the quality of care.
