人性化管理模式在改善手术室护理人员工作效能感及心理状态中的效果

Effect of Humanized Management Mode in Improving the Working Self-efficacy and Mentality of Nurses in Operating Room

目的:探讨人性化管理模式在改善手术室护理人员的工作效能感及心理状态中的效果。方法:将2011年2月-2012年6月38名手术室护理人员随机分为对照组19名和观察组19名,对照组按照常规的模式进行管理,而观察组则以人性化理念为指导进行管理,然后将两组手术室护理人员分别于管理前与管理后2、4周采用GSES量表和Zung量表进行评估,并将两组对应时间段的评估结果进行比较。结果:观察组管理后2、4周采用GSES量表和Zung量表评估结果分别优于对照组管理后2、4周的评估结果,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化管理模式在改善手术室护理人员工作效能感及心理状态中的效果相对优于常规管理下的护理人员,为手术室护理工作的顺利开展发挥着积极的作用。

Objective：To study the effect of humanized management mode in improving the working self-efficacy and mental state of nursing staff in operation room.Method：38 nurses in operation room from February 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into two groups：19 cases of control group and the other 19 cases of observation group,the control group were managed with conventional nursing mode ,while the observation group were managed with humanized management mode,and then the two groups were respectively.evaluated with GSES score and Zung score before the management and at 2nd and 4th week after the management,and the evaluation results of these two groups were compared at the corresponding time.Result：The GSES score and Zung score evaluation results of observation group at 2nd and 4th week after the management were respectively better than those of control group at 2nd and 4th week after the management,there were all significant differences（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of humanized management mode in improving the working self-efficacy and mental state of nursing staff in operation room is better than that of conventional nursing mode,and it plays an positive role for the developing smoothly of nursing work in operation room.
