INTRABEAM术中放疗治疗23例不能切除胰腺癌的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 23 Cases of Unresectable Pancreatic Cancer Treated by INTRABEAM Intraoperative Radiotherapy

目的:探讨INTRABEAM术中放疗治疗不能切除胰腺癌的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析本科2009年1-12月行胰腺癌姑息手术并术中放疗的23例胰腺癌患者的临床资料,照射量20～30Gy,观察围手术期情况及术后3年生存情况。结果:所有患者无住院期间死亡,围手术期无严重手术及放疗并发症。腹痛或腰背痛的总有效率为95%。本组1年生存率52%,2年生存率13%,中位生存期15.5个月。结论:INTROBEAM术中放疗安全有效,能够有效控制晚期胰腺癌患者的疼痛症状,改善生活质量,但并不明显延长患者生存期。

Objective：To discuss the efficacy and safety of the INTRABEAM intraoperative radiotherapy in the teatment of unresectable pancreatic cancer.Method：Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 23 patients with pancreatic cancer from January to December in 2009,who were given pancreatic cancer palliative operation combined with intraoperative radiotherapy.the given exposure was 20-30 Gy,observed the peri operation period and the Survival of 3 years.Result：All patients had no in-hospital death during operation period,no severe complications of radiotherapy and operation complication occured,Abdominal or back pain in the total efficiency was 95%. The 1 year survival rate was 52%,2 year survival rate was 13%,the median survival period was 15.5 months.Conclusion：Therapy in INTROBEAM is Safe and effective,it can effectively control of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer pain symptoms,improve the quality of life,but it can not significantly prolong the survival time of the patients.
