在边疆民族地区,经济社会发展相对落后,大学生的就业问题直接影响到民族地区经济社会的和谐发展,直接影响到学生家长对教育的投入信心。就业中的不公平和歧视现象耗费了社会的"正能量",影响了边疆民族地区的和谐稳定。政府积极做好就业引导、监管和环境营造等工作,努力解决边疆民族地区大学毕业生的就业工作,推动边疆民族地区和谐社会建设。

In frontier regions,economic and social development is relatively backward,college students employment issues directly affect ethnic minority areas building a harmonious society,because they are between the two are interdependent and mutually reinforcing relationship.Students difficult employment directly affects the confidence of social investment in education,employment,social pressures caused by injustice and discrimination,spent society ＂positive energy＂,affecting border areas of social harmony and stability,the government needs to do from a macro level guidance on employment,regulatory,soft environment construction work.
