摘要 源于20世纪70年代美国的"产业/大学联合研究中心"作为美国最成熟的产学研协同创新模式,在组织结构、运行及管理机制上都具有其明显优势。江苏物联网发展应借鉴其协同创新的成功经验,注重产业协同创新的需求导向、强化政府的战略引领与支持、创新组织管理机制、完善协同创新评价机制以及加强物联网人才协同培养和引进,以此促进各创新主体的全面协同,推进物联网的健康发展。 I/UCRC launched in 1970s has been developed into the most full-fledged collaborative innovation model in U.S. I/UCRC has the obvious advantages in aspects of organizational structure, operation and management mechanism. The development of the IoT in Jiangsu province should extract the successful experience from it' s collaborative innovation, by putting the demand guidance of collaborative innovation in priority, strengthening the governments strategic guidance and support, innovating organization and management mechanism, improving the evaluation mechanism in the cooperative innovation, and strengthening the talent cultivation and introduction, to promote the comprehensive collaboration of various innovation mainstays and the healthy development of the IoT.
