畜禽肉制品重金属含量的测定和分析

Determination and analysis of the content of heavy metals in meat products of livestock and poultry

实验研究了市场上常见畜禽肉制品中的重金属,分别对其中重金属含量进行了测定和分析。结果表明:所有畜禽肉制品的被测定元素均未超标,所测定的重金属污染指数均小于1.0,处于警戒线范围内,汞的含量超过了0.7,甚至达到了0.920,接触警戒线。

The content of heavy metals in meat products of livestock and poultry was determined.The results showed that the content of all the determined elements were not exceeded the maximum of the standard,the pollution indexes of heavy metals in raw meat product were less than 1.0,below the cordon of the national standards.But Hg content exceeded 0.7,even up to 0.920,which quite closed to the cordon of national standards.
