摘要
温度较低时,茶皂素在无水乙醇中溶解度随温度升高快速增大,温度超过50℃后,再升高温度茶皂素溶解度变化很小,根据这一结论建立了通过改变温度分离茶皂素的工艺,用液固比为5∶1的无水乙醇量75℃浸提1 h,冷却结晶析出茶皂素产品,其得率可达到13.87%。这种工艺较好地解决了现有技术存在的问题,可用油脂提取的常规设备逆流提取茶皂素,实现工业化的连续操作。
It was found that the dissolubility of tea saponin in absolute ethanol increased quickly with the increasing of the temperature when the temperature was low. Whereas it changed very little if the tempera- ture increased again when it was above 50 ℃. The tea saponin was extracted from tea seed meal by chan- ging the temperature. The yield of tea saponin could reach 13.87% under the condition of the absolute ethanol with ratio of liquid to solid 5:1 extracting at 75 ℃ for 1 h and then cooling crystallization to obtain the product. The above process solved the problems existed nowadays, which can use the conventional e- quipment to extract tea saponin by countercurrent extraction, so to work continuously.
