肝硬化患者外周血单核细胞的频率、表型、细胞因子表达特点及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肝硬化患者外周血单核细胞的频率、表型及细胞因子表达特点与临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术和细胞内因子染色法测定99例肝硬化患者(Child-Pugh分级A级33例、B级33例、C级33例)和33例健康者外周血单核CD14+和CD14+CD16+细胞频率、单核细胞表型(HLA-DR)、血清TNF-α水平。结果肝硬化患者CD14+和CD14+CD16+均高于对照组(P<0.01)。肝硬化患者Child-Pugh分级增高,CD14+、CD14+CD16+细胞频率、TNF-α水平也随之增加,A级组<B级组<C级组(P<0.05);随着Child-Pugh分级增高,外周血单核细胞HLA-DR表达水平逐渐降低,A级组>B级组>C级组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论肝硬化患者外周血单核细胞频率、表型、细胞因子表达特点可反映肝硬化的严重程度,对预测肝硬化的发生发展、病情及预后有重要价值。
