降钙素基因相关肽在缺血和运动预适应中对心肌保护作用的研究 被引量:5

摘要 缺血预适应和运动预适应作为一种内源性防御机制,对心肌具有保护作用;降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)是心肌内源性保护因子,在信号传导途径中可以作为触发因子发挥对心肌的保护作用。本文就CGRP在缺血预适应和运动预适应中对心肌的保护作用、作用机制进行综述。
