不游离桡神经的前外侧入路治疗成人肱骨中下段骨折36例 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察不游离桡神经的前外侧入路治疗成人肱骨中下段骨折的临床效果。方法采用不游离桡神经的前外侧入路治疗成人肱骨中下段骨折36例,骨折按照AO分型,A型18例,B型13例,C型5例。结果 35例获4~18个月随访,平均12个月;失访1例。35例骨折均愈合,愈合时间3~8个月。肩关节功能按Neer评分标准,优33,良2例。肘关节功能按Mayo评分标准,优32例,良3例。术后桡神经损伤1例,保守治疗1个月后神经功能完全恢复。结论采用不游离桡神经前外侧入路治疗成人肱骨中下段骨折,可取得满意的临床效果。
