摘要
采用机械收割与人工砍收处理对比,研究机械收获对蔗蔸质量及来年宿根蔗生长的影响,为甘蔗收获机械化技术推广应用提供参考。结果表明:机械收获留茬蔗蔸质量优于人工砍收,具体表现为机械收获为入土或平地低砍,留茬蔗蔸高度、蔗蔸破头率明显低于人工砍收;机械收获的留茬蔗出苗率比人工砍收低,但不影响留茬蔗的发株率;甘蔗株高、单位面积有效茎数及蔗茎产量与人工砍收持平,蔗株茎径稍优于人工砍收,蔗糖分提高0.03%~0.49%(绝对值)。
In order to provide a reference for promoting technology of sugarcane mechanical harvest, the experiments whieh used by mechanieal harvest and manual harvest were contrasted to study the effect of sugarcane mechanical harvest on the growth of ratoon cane and stubble sugarcane quality. The results showed that stubble sugarcane quality of meehanical harvest was better than manual harvest, which concrete manifestation was that the depth of mechanical harvest was under ground or low cut on ground, and stuhble height and perennial root of rupture rate of mechanical harvest was significantly lower than manual harvest. Emergence rate of stubble sugarcane from mechanical harvest was lower than manual harvest, but there was no influence on stool capacity of stubble sugarcane. Plant height, eflbctive plant number per unit area and yield which used by mechanical harvest was equal to manual harvest, stalk diameter of mechanical harvest was slightly better than manual harvest, and sucrose content of mechanical harvest was 0.03%-0.49% higher than manual harvest.
