不同培养条件对烟草黑胫病菌生长和产孢的影响 被引量:4

摘要 烟草黑胫病是烟草生产上的毁灭性病害之一,严重影响烟草生产。为了模拟室外不同气象条件下烟草黑胫病的最适发生环境,就不同培养条件对贵州省烟草黑胫病菌生长和产孢的影响进行了研究。结果表明,温度为25~30℃、全黑暗条件最适合烟草黑胫病菌生长,且菌丝浓密;生长旺盛的菌丝块经3次换水,于28~30℃、连续光照、水浸条件下黑胫病菌产孢量达到最大。 Tobacco black shank, a ruinous disease of tobacco, has influenced the tobacco production seriously. An experiment of different culture conditions influenced on the growth and producing spores of Phytophthoraparasitica var. nicotianae was conducted to find the most appropriate growth environment of tobacco black shank. The results showed that the temperature was 25-30℃ and total dark were optimum for mycelium growth, and they were dense; After changed water three times for eugenic mycelia masses, at 28-30℃, during continuous illumination and soaking in water, sporulation quantity reached the highest value.
