砌体结构抗震鉴定实例

摘要 八九十年代的砌体结构,由于使用年代过长且按照老规范设计未考虑抗震,故普遍出现承载力不足和构造上不满足现行抗震设计规范要求的问题。因此需对原结构按新规范进行全面检测和抗震鉴定,若鉴定结果表明该结构不符合要求,则需进行加固。本文结合具体工程实例,阐述了砌体结构抗震鉴定的基本流程以及鉴定方法,对其抗震构造措施和抗震承载力进行分析,给出鉴定结论,并同时给出加固建议,以供其它相关工程参考。 Those masonry structures built in 1980s and 1990s have been used for too long and designed in accordance with old criteria without considering seismic resistance, so they bring deficient bearing capacity and defective structure not meeting current earthquake resistant design codes. It is required to make overall testing and seismic appraisal for original structures in accordance with new criteria; if the appraisal result shows the structures are nonconforming, they shall be reinforced. In combination with the detailed project case, the thesis explains the basic procedure and method of seismic appraisal for masonry structures, analyzes the earthquake-resistant constructional measure and seismic resistant capacity, gives the appraisal conclusion and proposes the recommendations on reinforcement for future reference by other related projects.
