生产线工人工作应激源、工作倦怠、工作能力关系的路径分析 被引量:2

Path Analysis on Relationship Among Job Stressor,Job Burnout and Work Ability of Workers on Production Line

摘要 目的探讨生产线工人工作倦怠与工作应激源、工作能力的关系,验证工作应激源、工作倦怠、工作能力的多重因果效应。方法针对系统抽样抽取的787名制造业生产线上工人样本,使用职业应激量表(Occupational StressInventory Reversed Edition,OSI-R)中的职业任务问卷(Occupational Role Questionnaire,ORQ)、工作倦怠量表(MaslachBurnout Inventory-General Survey,MBI-GS)、工作能力指数量表(Work Ability Index,WAI)进行问卷调查,采取Amos17.0路径分析方法研究工作应激源、工作倦怠、工作能力三者关系。结果职业任务影响工作倦怠的三个维度情绪衰竭(标准化β=0.421,P<0.001)、玩世不恭(路径系数标准化β=0.434,P<0.001)、成就感低落(标准化β=0.064,P=0.074),情绪衰竭(标准化β=-0.089,P=0.035)、玩世不恭(标准化β=-0.123,P=0.004)、成就感低落(标准化β=-0.099,P=0.003)影响工作能力指数,职业任务影响工作能力指数的直接效应为-0.216,间接效应为-0.097。结论工作应激源主要影响工作倦怠的情绪衰竭、玩世不恭维度,工作倦怠的三个维度都对工作能力有影响;工作应激源影响工作能力以直接效应为主,此外还有通过工作倦怠中介的部分间接效应。 Objective To explore the relationship among job stressor,job burnout and work ability of workers on production line,so as to validate the multiply causality of job stressor,job burnout and work ability.Methods Totally,787 manufacturing workers on production line were recruited by systematic sampling method and tested with psychological questionnaires which included Occupational Role Questionnaire(ORQ) of Occupational Stress Inventory Reversed Edutuib(OSI-R),Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS) and Work Ability Index(WAI).The data of relationship among job stress,job burnout and work ability were analyzed using path analysis by Amos17.0.Results The path analysis showed that occupational role influenced emotional exhaustion dimension(standardized β=0.421,P〈0.001),cynicism dimension(standardized β=0.434,P〈0.001),reduced personal accomplishment dimension(standardized β=0.064,P=0.074) of job burnout.The emotional exhaustion dimension(standardized β=-0.089,P=0.035),cynicism dimension(standardized β=-0.123,P=0.004) and reduced personal accomplishment dimension(standardized β=-0.099,P=0.003) influenced work ability index.The direct effects that occupational role influenced work ability index were-0.216 and the indirect effects were-0.097.Conclusions Job stressor mainly influences the emotional exhaustion and cynicism dimension of job burnout.The three dimensions of job burnout all influence work ability.The influence of job stressor on work ability is mainly direct effect.Besides,subsidiary indirect influence is mediated by job burnout.
