Review of Psychological Crisis Interference After the Disaster

灾后人们会出现不同程度的心身反应,其中相当比例的人会出现心理应激障碍,针对这些问题应进行适当的心理危机干预。灾后心理危机干预以创伤后危机干预为思路,以缓解应激反应障碍相关症状、预防应激反应障碍发生为主要目标,采取心理急救、严重事件应激晤谈、认知-行为疗法、眼动技术等方法进行干预。

People will appear different degrees of psychosomatic reactions after the disaster,which a considerable proportion of people will have psychological stress disorder,and hence,it is necessary to implement proper interventions against these psychological crises.The ideas of post-disaster psychological crisis intervention should focus on posttraumatic crisis intervention,and the main target is to relieve and prevent the symptoms of stress disorders,which should be intervened by psychological first aid,critical incident stress debriefing,cognitive-behavior therapy and eye movement technique.
