摘要
英格兰和威尔士的法律教育分为基础教育阶段、职业培训阶段和学术研究阶段;法学本科教育以职业为导向,注重理论与实践相结合,在教学上采用多元化的教学法;法律从业人员的培养既本着不拘一格的准入原则,又实施严格的准出要求,注重技能培养、业务实践、继续教育;法学的学术研究注重培养研究方法和独立思考的能力,强调导师与学生之间的实质性学术沟通;指出中国可从中得到启示:加强法学本科教育的职业导向,建立完善的法律职业教育体系,培养具有国际竞争力的法学人才。
The law education in England and Wales is divided into three stages - fundamental education, vocational training, and academic research stages. The undergraduate education of law science is career - oriented, paying atten- tion to the combination of theory and practice and adopting multiple methodologies in teaching. The cultivation of legal practitioners is based on the principle that there is no limitation to one type of admission prerequisite, but strict graduation requirements are put into effect, focusing on skill fostering, vocational practice and continuing education. With the academic research of law science, the fostering of research methods and ability of independent thinking is highlighted, focusing on the substantial academic communication between advisers and students. The paper points out that China is able to get some enlightenment therefrom that it is needed to intensify the career- orientation of undergraduate education of law science and to construct a perfect system of law vocational education in order to cultivate talents of law science with international competitiveness.
