葛种质资源亲缘关系的RAPD分析 被引量:18

摘要 利用RAPD分子标记技术对来自湖南和江西的8份葛种质资源进行亲缘关系分析。从100个随机引物中筛选出10个多态性较好的引物,共扩增出99条带,多态性条带所占比例为65.65%。聚类分析结果表明:8份材料的遗传相似系数在0.626~0.939之间;在遗传相似系数0.740处可将8份材料分为4类,其中E1、E2、E7和E8聚为一类,表明这些材料亲缘关系较近;葛所属类群与地理来源有关。 In this study,the genetic relationships of 8 arrowroots that come from Hunan and Jiangxi province were analyzed by RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA) molecular marker technology.The results showed that a total of 99 bands were amplified by 10 primers which had high polymorphism selected from 100 random primers,with the percentage of polymorphic bands of 65.65%.The results of cluster analysis revealed that the value of genetic similarity coefficient of 8 materials changed from 0.626 to 0.939.The 8 materials could be classified into 4 groups at coefficient of 0.740 and E1、 E2、E7、E8 were gathered in the 4th group,indicating that these materials shared closer genetic relationship.This conclusion was effected by the original and provided references for the introduction,cultivation and improment of arrowroot.
