摘要
以延边地区苹果梨树为试材,在田间条件下研究喷施抗蒸腾剂和光合产物积累对苹果梨叶片净光合速率日变化的影响。结果表明,苹果梨叶片蒸腾速率日变化呈"抛物线"型,苹果梨叶片喷施抗蒸腾剂后,蒸腾速率的日变化数值明显低于对照,但其曲线变化规律并未改变。同时,喷施抗蒸腾剂未能改变苹果梨叶片光合有效辐射日变化规律。苹果梨叶片在11:00时可溶性糖含量逐渐增加,净光合速率开始降低。
Choses Pingguoli trees in Yanbian area as material to research the daily curves variation regulari ty of Pingguoli leaves photosynthetic rate and photoassimilation accumulation by spraying anti-transpirant. The results indicated that the Pn of Pingguoli leaves showed bimodal curve in day variation, the same as spraying anti-transpirant group,but lower than control group. The PAR of Pingguoli leaves showed parab ola type. Spraying anti-transpirant cann't change the daily curves variation regularity of PAR, but de creased to control group. The content of soluble sugar increased gradually,but Pn decreased.
