摘要
万州红橘褐斑病是以交链格孢菌和炭疽病菌危害为主的复合型真菌病害。采用菌丝生长速率法,选择20种药剂对万州红橘褐斑病的2种主要致病菌进行毒力测定。结果表明,30%己唑醇、25%咪鲜胺、75%肟菌.戊唑醇、25%吡唑醚菌酯、43%戊唑醇(上海禾本)等5种药剂对2种病原菌都有较强抑制作用,其中,对交链格孢菌的EC50(mg/L)分别为0.522 8、1.011 1、1.616 6、3.016 6和3.024 7;对炭疽菌的EC50(mg/L)分别为0.806 4、0.003 4、0.748 5、0.725 9和0.187 3。
Tangerine(Citrus reticulate CV. Hongjv) brown spot in Wanzhou Chongqing China is a com-pound fungal disease mainly caused by Alternaria Nees ex Wallr. and Colletoirich-um gloeosporioides Pe-nz. The experiment had detected the toxicity of 20 fungicides to the two main pathogenic fungi. The re-sults showed that all of the 5 fungicides, 30% hexaeonazole, 25% proehloraz, 75% tebuconazole, 25% pyrazol aether strains acetate and 43% tebuconazole(Shanghai Heben)had strong inhibition on the two pathogenic fungi. The EC50 of the 5 fungicides for Alternaria Nees ex Wallr. is 0. 522 8,1. 011 1,1. 616 6, 3. 016 6 and 3. 0247 mg/L,respeetively. And for Colletoirichum gloeosporioides Penz. is 0. 806 4,0. 003 4, 0. 748 5,0. 725 9 and 0. 187 3 mg/L.
