摘要
标杆评定方法存在的固有缺陷,常常导致企业在实行标杆管理时盲目地树立标杆.针对该问题,提出将DEA与个性优势识别法相结合,形成一种创新标杆评定方法,并以西安地区的10个绿色建筑评审项目为样本,进行标杆评定的实证分析.结果表明该方法有效地克服了常规方法存在的缺陷,能够客观合理地评定出个体标杆与群体标杆.
As a result of the inherent drawbacks of benchmark selection methods,enterprises in benchmarking are often made fo set their benchmark arbitrarily.Therefore,a new benchmark selection method was proposed,combined DEA with individual advantage identification.With 10projects from green buliding assessment in Xi′an as samples for empirical analysis,the result showed that the proposed method may help avoid the drawbacks of traditional methods,and individual benchmark and group benchmark are adopted in an objective manner.
