根据北京市公共图书馆2012年统计数据,结合实际读者服务工作,从读者服务主要工作情况、主要读者服务工作对比分析、与主要省市图书馆读者服务工作对比及分析和读者服务现存问题与对策研究等方面进行研究。

Based on the Beijing public library 2012 statistical data and combined with actual reader services,this article describes the situation of reader services,contrasts the library reader services of major provinces and cities and discusses existing problems and solutions of reader services.
