Libraries＇ organizational climate is the librarian＇s perceptions of environmental characteristics.It can affect the librarian＇s enthusiasm,commitment and work performance,thereby affect the quality of the service for readers.Based on ClimateQUAL^TM evaluation index system,developing system management and good interpersonal relationship and librarian’ s belonging sense and innovative atmosphere can improve organizational climate.
