摘要 主要阐述了知识咨询的内涵及服务高层次化、服务对象特定化、知识加工化、服务人员知识化、知识成果累计化等诸多特点,并探讨高校图书馆推行知识咨询服务的必要性及需要解决的问题。 This paper mainly expounds the connotation of knowledge consulting and service of high-level,specific service object,knowledge processing,the cumulative knowledge of service staff,and so on,and discusses the necessity of t the knowledge consulting services of university Libraries for knowledge and the problems need to be solved.
