去工业化时代的区域一体化——关于“中国区域经济发展与厦漳泉大都市区建设”的群体思考

Regional Integration in Deindustrialization Age—A Deliberation of "Regional Economic Development in China and Xia-Zhang-Quan Metropolitan Area Construction"

随着中国经济的发展,中国区域间的经济联系越来越紧密,形成了诸多重要的经济区域,中国区域一体化也成为当前学术界研究的热点论题。将有关学术观点梳理为四个方面。去工业化时代:总量去工业化还是结构去工业化;区域一体化的路径选择:市场推动还是政府推动;区域一体化的效应:经济单极化还是多中心化;区域一体化的目标:居民身份认同还是基础条件一体化,同时进行逐一评论并提出进一步的研究方向。

With the development of China＇s economy, China＇s regional economy is getting increasingly connected, and has crea- ted many important economic areas. China＇s regional integration has also become a focus of the current academia. This paper reviews the academic views on regional integration and summarizes them into four topics： the total deindustrialization or the struc- tural deindustrialization; regional integration should be promoted by the market or by the government; the effect of regional inte- gration is odd polarization or multi - centered development; the goal of regional integration is citizen identities or infrastructure＇s integration. This paper remarks the above topics and proposes the trend of further research.
