摘要
邵阳师范教育肇始于清末,发达于民国,民国时期是师范教育由兴起到发展的积累时期,也是关键时期。邵阳师范教育是在全国教育变革的背景下,在清末朝廷新学制的颁行引领下,在省政府的指导督促下萌芽、基本定型并逐渐走向成熟,为邵阳教育事业培养了一批批中小学教师骨干,是湖南省近代师范教育的生力军,也是全国师范教育的重要组成部分。本文在厘清近代邵阳师范教育发展脉络的基础上,论述了其四大特点,分析指出了其取得的成绩和存在的不足。
Started in the late Qing Dynasty,Shaoyang’s normal education witnessed a peak in the period of the republic of China,which is also a cumulative period and crucial time for normal education to spring up and develop.Shaoyang’s normal education emerged against the backdrop of the education reform across the country and was guided by the new school system launched by the court in the late Qing Dynasty.It took shape and gradually became mature under the direction and supervision of the provincial government,producing batches of teachers for primary and middle schools.It is a fresh force for Hunan’s normal education in modern times,as well as an integral part of the normal education nationwide.This paper makes an analysis of the development course of Shaoyang’s normal education in modern times.Based on the analysis,the paper discusses four major characteristics of Shaoyang’s normal education,points out its achievements and existing problems for improvement.
