浅析我国农村留守老人的生活现状及对策

Situation and Countermeasures on Rural Senir Citizens in China

随着我国老龄化趋势的快速发展和我国农村剩余劳动力的转移,农村留守老人问题凸显,文章分析了改革开放后我国农村留守老人在经济收入、劳动负担、养老问题、情感交流、身体健康、娱乐场所等方面的生活状况,明确提出了积极扶持农民工就近就业、建立健全农村养老保障体系、逐步完善农村医疗保障体系和多种渠道丰富留守老人生活等解决我国农村留守老人生活现状的对策。

With the rapid development of aging trends and the surplus farm labors transfer in China,the problem of the left-behind senior citizens in rural areas becomes promonent.The essay analyzes the issue from the perspective of their economic income,the labor burden,the pension issue,emotional exchange,health,pastime and other aspects of living conditions and to articulate actively support peasant-workers employment,establishing sites and so on.The essay promotes the countermeasures as employment nearby,sound old-age security system,improvment of rural medical security system and enhancement of pastime measures.
