少数民族基层地区法律普及问题探究

Study on the Law Popularization in Ethnic Minority Rural Areas

我国是一个统一的多民族国家,少数民族地区普法工作的深入开展事关国家"法治化"的整体实现。然而,由于诸多原因,少数民族地区的法律普及水平相对较低,特别是在地处边远、交通不便的基层地区,情况尤甚。因而,认真开展少数民族基层地区的普法教育工作具有突出的现实意义。文章以少数民族基层地区的普法工作为切入点,尝试从理论视角对与普法相关的若干法律问题作较为深入地个人解读和剖析。

China is a united multi-ethnic country.Promoting the law popularization in ethnic minority regions relates to the overall implementation of building a socialist country under the rule of law.However,due to many reasons,the level of legal publicity education in ethnic minority regions is relatively low,especially in the remote rural areas.Thus,making further improvement on the legal publicity education work in ethnic minority rural areas has great practical significance.In this paper,the author will discuss on some legal issues of the law popularization in those areas.
