摘要
近年来,大学毕业生的就业问题日益凸显,就业指导工作已经成为高校学生工作的重要内容。辅导员作为从事大学生思想政治工作与管理的教师,是从事大学生就业指导工作的重要力量。高校辅导员应紧紧围绕"四化"机制,即教育的全程化、角色的专家化、内容的系统化和指导的个性化,切实有效地开展就业指导工作。
In recent years, the problem of employment of college graduates, employment guidance work has become the important content of university students' work. As engaged in college students' ideological and political work of university counselors, and management of the teachers is the important force engaged in the work of the college students employment guidance. College instructors should be closely around the "four moderniza tions" mechanism, namely the education of the whole course, the role of expert, the content of systematic and personalized guidance, effectively carry out employment guidance work.
