近年来,大学毕业生的就业问题日益凸显,就业指导工作已经成为高校学生工作的重要内容。辅导员作为从事大学生思想政治工作与管理的教师,是从事大学生就业指导工作的重要力量。高校辅导员应紧紧围绕"四化"机制,即教育的全程化、角色的专家化、内容的系统化和指导的个性化,切实有效地开展就业指导工作。
