钼-锑-抗分光光度法测定水样中黄磷

摘要 探索了用钼-锑-抗分光光度法测定水样中黄磷的分析方法。实验结果表明校准曲线的截距、斜率和相关系数均符合分光光度法的要求;检出限测定结果为0.002 5mg/L;同一浓度6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.90%~3.38%;三个不同浓度基体水样进行加标回收实验,其回收率分别为92%~108%;应用于实际水样,测定结果良好。 The determination of yellow phosphorus in water with Anti-Mo-Sb spectrophotometry was explored. The experimental results showed that the calibration curve of the intercept, slope and correlation coefficient was in accordance with the requirement of spectrophotometry. The detection limit was 0. 0025 g/L, The relative standard deviations of precision were 1.90%- 3.38%, and the average recovery percent were 92%-108%. The water samples were measured and the results were effective.
