Membrane water wall tubes were widely used in power plant boilers. The fins were neglected in the process of design, produce and install, because they don＇ t suffering pressure during running, so their defects were usually found out after boilers＇ running. In this paper, the analyses were carried out for cracking of water wall fins of a boiler used in power plant, the reasons were found out and the disposal advice was proposed.
