摘要
通过对当前的照明企业流行的运营中心模式的分析,揭示了其渠道物流成本控制的存在的问题,从系统论和供应链的角度,提出了推行供应链渠道物流成本动态化管理、建立"例外"通道制度、高效率系统化运营动态降低组合风险成本和制定渠道物流成本事前、事中和事后控制体系解决方案,以期促进照明企业物流行业的协同发展。
The author for the analysis of the current lighting enterprise the popular operations center mode to reveal its chan- nels logistics cost control problems in the implementation of Supply Chain logistics cost dynamic management, from the point of view of system theory and supply chain, to establish exceptions channel system, high efficiency systematic operation dynamically reduce the cost of portfolio risk and develop channels logistics costs in advance, during and after the control system solutions, in order to promote the coordinated development of the logistics industry in lighting companies.
