Exploration on the Experimental Teaching Reformation in Marine Products Processing Industry Specialty

对海产品加工专业实验教学进行探讨,分析了当前存在的问题,分别从教学方法和教学内容等方面对海产品加工专业实验教学进行改革,并提出了新的管理模式及考核方法,从而提高海产品加工专业的实验教学质量和学生的整体素质。

Analysis on the present situation of the marine products processing industry experiment teaching, by reforming the experimental teaching at the teaching method and the teaching content, respectively. And the new management mode and assessment method were raised, thereby enhancing the quality of teaching and testing students overall quality.
