摘要
调查发现,重庆市学前教育师资总量不足、师资结构不合理、教师队伍的稳定性不够、专业发展平台缺失,教师队伍发展不均衡,存在明显的城乡差异、区域差异。本文在政策性、目标层次性和实践性等方面提出了思考和建议。
The report points out the problems about the present teaching staff of the pre-school education in Chongqing.The problems are mainly the following: insufficient teachers,irrational structure,lack of professional development platform,teachers’unbalanced development,clear urban and rural gap and regional difference.This paper forwards some suggestions in the aspects of policy,leveled target and practice.
