摘要
贵州瓮福磷矿尾矿中P2O5和MgO的含量分别为7.15%和16.97%。工艺矿物学研究表明该尾矿中主要矿物为白云石,其次为胶磷矿。该尾矿中白云石的大量存在使得胶磷矿与白云石之间的分选效果不理想;此外,微细粒单体胶磷矿的含量较高以及部分胶磷矿以微粒、极微细粒包体嵌布在白云石中不易解离也会影响到胶磷矿的回收。最终通过采用反浮选工艺,获得了P2O5含量为26.20%,回收率为67.11%的磷精矿。
The content of P2O5 and MgO in Wengfu phosphorus tailings in Guizhou province is 7.15% and 16.97% respectively.The results of process mineralogy research show that the main mineral in this tailings is dolomite,the next is collophanite.Because a lot of dolomite exist in the tailings,the separating effect between collophanite and dolomite will be not good.And the content of free particles of micro-fine collophanite is high and a part of micro-fine particles of collophanite disseminate in Dolomite as inclusion all cause some affection on the recovery of collophanite too.The phosphate concentrate with the grade of P2O5 26.20% and the recovery of 67.11% has been obtained through the reverse flotation process finally.
