提高钼选矿碎矿系统筛分效率的生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 从钼矿石的物料性质方面(含水量、含泥量和矿石粒度组成等)分析了影响碎矿系统筛分效率的因素,总结出提高钼选矿筛分效率的措施并进行了生产实践。结果表明:当含水量为2%、含泥量小于5%以及圆锥破碎机电流控制在18~22 A时,实际筛分效率为86%,明显高于之前的74%,对改善振动筛的筛分性能和提高碎矿产量具有较好的指导作用。 Factors that affecting the screening efficiency of the crushing system was analyzed from the material nature of the molybdenum ore(including water content,clay content and size compositions of molybdenum ore,etc)..Measures to improve the screening efficiency of molybdenum ore dressing was summarized and put into production practice.The results show that when water content being 2%,clay content less than 5%,and cone crusher current controlled in the range of 18~22 A,the actual screening efficiency is 86%,significantly higher than 74% before,which playing a good guiding role on improving screening performance of the shaker and increasing crushed mineral yields.
