复方沙棘油凝胶剂中紫草的提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction process of Lithospermum in Compound seabuckthorn oil gel

目的:优选复方沙棘油凝胶剂中紫草的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交实验设计,以料液比、提取时间、提取次数为因素进行考察,以出膏率和左旋紫草素有效成分含量为评价指标,优选出复方沙棘油凝胶剂中紫草的提取工艺。结果:复方沙棘油凝胶剂中紫草最佳提取工艺为95%的乙醇,料液比1:10,提取时间1.5小时,提取次数2次提取的有效成分最高。结论:验证试验表明,复方沙棘油凝胶剂的紫草优选出的工艺合理、可行。

Objective：To optimize the best extraction process of Lithospermum in compound seabuckthorn oil gel. Methods：L 9 （3 4 ） Orthogonal testing method was used to study the influence of ratio of solid to liquid,exacting time and extraction times. The yield rate and the content of L-shikonin were used as index to select the best extraction process. Results：The optimum extraction method of Lithospermum in compound seabuckthorn oil gel was as follow：95% ethanol was used for extract solvent;the ratio of solid to liquid was 1：10;the extraction time was 1.5 hours;extraction times was 2 times. Conclusion：The optimum extraction process of Lithospermum in compound seabuckthorn oil gel is reasonable and feasible.
