中西医结合与心理疗法治疗脑梗塞后遗症70例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合与心理疗法对脑梗塞后遗症的临床疗效。方法:共收集脑梗塞后遗症患者70例,随机分为观察组36例,对照组34例,对照组予以一般内科治疗,观察组在基础治疗上予以加味补阳还五汤、针灸及心理治疗。观察两组患者预后转归的变化。结果:观察组改善中风病积分、日常生活活动能力量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用中西医结合与心理疗法治疗脑梗塞后遗症能有效减轻神经功能缺损,减少后遗症及并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To observe of Chinese and western medicine combined with psychotherapy on sequelae of cerebral infarction clinical curative effect. Methods：Collect 70 patients with cerebral infarction sequela,36 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in the control group conventional foundation treatment,observation group in the foundation treatment be flavored tonifying Yang also five decoction,acupuncture and therapy. To observe the prognosis of patients with two groups of outcome of the change. Results ：Observation group to improve stroke integral, daily life activities ability rating scale and Hamilton depression rating scale,compared with the control group the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusions：Adopt combine traditional Chinese and western medicine and psychotherapy to treat cerebral infarction sequela can effectively reduce the nerve function defect, reduce complications and complications,improve patient quality of life.
