天舒胶囊治疗偏头痛42例

Tianshu Capsule for Treating 42 Cases of Migraine

目的探讨天舒胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将83例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组41例,治疗组同时服用天舒胶囊及氟桂利嗪,对照组仅服用氟桂利嗪,两组患者治疗期间均不服用镇静、止痛药物,均以4周为1个疗程。评价治疗后两组患者的头痛缓解程度。结果总有效率对照组为41.46%,治疗组为69.05%;两组患者的头痛缓解程度比较有显著差异(P<0.05),且均无严重不良反应。结论天舒胶囊能明显缓解头痛程度,减少头痛发作次数。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tianshu Capsule for treating migraine.Methods Eighty-three cases of migraine were randomly divided into the treatment group（ 42 cases） and the crontrol group（ 41 cases）.The treatment group was simultaneously given Tianshu Capsule and flunarizine capsule,while the control group received flunarizine capsule alone.The two groups all did not take the sedative and analgesic drugs during treatment period.Four weeks were taken as a treatment course.The relieving degree of headache after treatment was evaluated in the two groups.Results The total efffective rate was 41.46% in the control group and 69.05% in the treatment group,the relieving degre of headache had statistical difference between the two groups（ P 0.05）.No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion Tianshu Capsule can significantly relieve the degree of headacheand reduce the times of headache attacks.
