摘要
健全企业基层党组织的建设,必须探索新的途径和方式。文章总结了中国联通南通分公司企业基层党组织考核评价体系的创新性实践。该公司党委所推行的企业基层党组织考核评价体系模式,是将考核的基本准则、考核的主要目标以及考核的绩效评估等基本要素融于一体,形成了对企业基层党建工作的创新性机制。
To perfect the construction of basic CPC organization in companies,we must innovate new ways and methods.This paper summarizes the innovative practice of the evaluation system of building basic CPC organization in companies with China Unicom Nantong Branch as an example.The new evaluation system launched by CPC committee of this company has integrated the following parts into one,such as basic principles of evaluation,main goal of evaluation,performance appraisal and so on;it has formed an innovative mechanism of CPC Party building work in companies.
